A.samples before order
A-1:Stock samples free to provide.(3 pieces limit)
May size,thickness,printing different to your order requirement
Total quantity over then 3 piece,That will be some sample charge request.
And all the courier charge paid by receiver.Courier charge prepaid.
Or freight collect through your cooperative express company (like TNT.EMS,DHL).
Samples will be sent with in 24hours when we received the payment of the couier charge,
or received the notice which from the receiver's cooperative express company who declare the freight collect.
A-2:To make a proof (Making samples)
To assure the samples as the same as all of your requirement(s).
Of couse to making the samples from us will be the best way to confirm the workmanship,printing and quality.
Making smples will cost plate charge,Mold charge and Pre-production expenses.
The total cost of plate charge,mold charge and Pre-production expenses need prepaid to us via telegraphic transfer (T.T) to our company account.
Or payment via Western Union.
Samples will sent with in 5-15days when we received the total charge.
Couier charge prepaid.Or freight collect through your cooperative express company (like TNT.EMS,DHL).

B.After order
Free to provide as order requirement,(5-100pcs per item/size limit).
And all the couier charge paid by receiver.Or freight collect.
Samples will be sent with in 24 hours when we received the payment or got the notice from cooperative express company.
C.For Regular customers
When the order quantity to US$20,000(can be accumulated).All the samples and couier are free to you.

To make a proof from us, and if the items with printing.
Please send us the artworks to us.
file format request: jpg, jpeg, Ai,PDF,psd.
resolution of the images:greater than 300 pixel.
